A collection of short stories

A collection of short stories that share a common narrative soul: they are pieces inspired by the magical realism of the author's literary Latin American heritage, in which the real and the surreal were often married to explore various facets of the human condition. These stories are paved with glimmers of hope as well as the most absolute desolation, and they present the reader with a journey through the fantastic and the horrific. Accompanied by stylized black-and-white illustrations, these nightmarish tales weaved together by chilling twists, meaningful catharses, and poetic prose will captivate readers with their eerie atmosphere and powerful emotion.

"These are incredibly cerebral moving stories. I think of them as part poetry, prose poems, just as much as short stories."
